Located in Lower Manhattan across from City Hall Park, this 49-story mixed-use development consists of 110 residential condominiums and approximately 67,000 SF of multi-level commercial space. Starr Whitehouse joined the project to design an outdoor amenity terrace for Park Row residents. Conceived as an “outdoor living room,” the terrace provides seating, social areas, and immersive plantings where residents can enjoy a peaceful evening or gather with friends framed by the historic facades of neighboring buildings. Suited to year-round use, ample tree cover on the terrace provides shade in the summer, while a cozy fire pit provides warmth and outdoor social space in the winter. The Park Row Club’s garden and dining terrace is equipped with formal and informal areas for a variety of social occasions, with custom kitchen and dining areas, an exercise lawn, and a play area.
