Ryan Castro

With 10 years of experience, Ryan brings a background managing and designing a wide range of projects—including urban design, campus, roof garden, residential and master planning work, as well as dozens of urban parks in all phases of design through construction. With a detailed problem-solving approach, he has managed numerous projects for NYC Parks and coordinated multi-disciplinary teamwork amongst sub-consultants to ensure conformed and comprehensive construction documents.

Ryan is passionate about immersive, engaging, and interesting spaces. He strives to create calm within the everyday chaos, reminding users that nature exists everywhere. He was a Presidential Scholar at Rhode Island School of Design, where he obtained his Master’s in Landscape Architecture. He holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from NYIT.
