Landscape Designer

Landscape Designer Nusrat Alam is a skilled designer who brings extensive production experience to projects of all scales across the New York Metropolitan Area. As project manager for Hamlin Beach Park, a State Park on the south shore of Lake Ontario, Nusrat is completing concept designs, graphic models, and diagrams. For Manhattan’s Brooklyn Bridge Esplanade, she has been responsible for all drawings, consultant coordination, permitting and project scheduling. For 75 Lewis Street, a retrofit development in Brooklyn, NY, she worked on construction documentation for both the courtyard and rooftop. For Queens Plaza Park, a new residential development by the Durst Organization, Nusrat was responsible for construction administration. She is also an experienced renderer and completed 2D and 3D modeling / rendering for the City of Hoboken’s Southwest Park, Bear Mountain State Park, and other projects. Nusrat received her master’s in Landscape Architecture from City College of New York.
