Starr Whitehouse is excited to be working with CetraRuddy and the New York State Governor’s Office on the Clarkson Estates, an innovative affordable and supportive housing complex in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens community of Brooklyn. As part of the Vital Brooklyn Initiative, the complex will feature a hub of extensive community services housed in childcare, health, sport, and educational facilities that aim to expand civic investment in Central Brooklyn.
