As one of two landscape architecture firms chosen to participate on the Community Rebuilding and Resiliency Team in the Mayor’s Special Initiative for Rebuilding and Resiliency, Starr Whitehouse worked to develop resiliency strategies for Staten Island’s East Shore that integrated engineered resiliency measures with public amenities and opportunities for economic development.
